The All-American Cook Book is a collection of recipes for the favorite dishes of historic figures of twentieth-century America. Originally published in 1922, the profits from the sale of the book were given away to help disabled servicemen and their families; in keeping with that spirit, the profits from the sale of this edition will also be donated to help veterans. It's a nice piece of cooking history that references several people before they were famous.
