Not impressed!

If you want a recipe for “Pear-Roasted Garlic Preserves,” then look no further. This is clearly the book for you. I just spent $11.99 to buy this book hoping that it would contain a basic strawberry preserves recipe, but instead this book has recipes like:
Brandied Shallot-Fig Preserves
Spicy Pineapple-and-Tart Cherry Preserves
Curried Tomato Preserves
Orange-Date-Cardamom Preserves

To be fair, this book does have helpful information about how to preserve foods. It’s just lost it’s roots in regards to the recipes it now contains.
