Good For Debut
Honestly not a bad book but the back and forth between ending up together and not ending up together was way too often. Hope they solidify or don’t solidify things in book 2
Nah
The entirety of this story is just poor Max getting rejected over and over. Just for the ending to give you hope and then turn it around, to do it all over again. I’m sorry, I don’t care how strong this wolf bond is, no self respecting person would allow themselves to be treated this way. Not only that but he is waaaay too forgiving. Ending was trash. Gave it 2 stars only because the villain reveal was unexpected. I would not recommend this book if you enjoy love stories.
Really Makes You Wonder…..
The story was really gripping and it didn’t always go the way you think at first. I have to say, I didn’t suspect Elenor as the bad guy and the way Jasper went above and beyond to reject Max is still upsetting. In the end Jasper came to terms with Max being his mate, he is still afraid to see it through. I understand he wants to protect Max but there seems to be more behind the reason. Can’t wait for the next book.
