Arthur Raffles is a prominent member of London society, and a national sporting hero. He mixes his aptitude for cricket with his passion for crime. Here we see Raffles stealing from the nouveau riche and outwitting the law, thieving diamonds and bowling like a demon, all with the help of his accomplice and plucky sidekick Bunny Manders. Both men are constantly under the surveillance of Inspector Mackenzie of Scotland Yard who is always impeded in his attempts to pin the crimes on Raffles.
