But one windy October day, their estrogen-infused gathering gets a dose of youthful manliness with the unexpected arrival of knitting enthusiast and rurex YouTuber, Jeff Nietmann. Seeking refuge from the wasteland of his celibate existence, Jeff stumbles on a tangled web of mother-daughter relationships that complicate his love life instead of mending it. Unraveling the strands of affection and remorse connecting the mothers with the daughters who try to steal Jeff's heart involves more than just a pair of knitting needles. It requires the collaboration of an injured rescue kitten, and supernatural help from a remarkably crafty ancestor.
