The Ancient Allan

H. Rider Haggard was an English novelist and Victorian writer of African frontier adventure novels. He initiated many of the now common themes of the lost civilization and lost continent, including the ancient magic and curses, secret chambers and mysticism. Together with Arthur Conan Doyle, Haggard is considered as one of the founders of Lost World literary genre.

“The Ancient Allan” was written in 1920. The author described the story of Allan adventures.
