Customer Reviews
Wow. Paul was THAT man. And this bio is beautifully written.
I love how the author stepped in and out of the life of Paul to connect me with the past and future - in the present. He illustrated a person difficult to see as ‘human’ when reading the Bible and his epistles. In this book, I saw the human Paul, under the direction and spiritual guidance of Christ.
I recently began a dark night of the soul, and am trying to find the way back. After reading this text, I’ve rephrased my dark night to simply ‘a tough moment’. Paul sufferer greatly, and still didn’t miss a beat. I hardly recall the Sail who killed Christians, because he showed so many more the life in Christ.
