Publisher Description
As Marcus Aurelius said, "when we arise in the morning, we must think of what a precious privilege it is to be alive - to breathe, to think, to enjoy, to love." This book is designed to teach one to live with righteous discipline. I am happy to share my personal story with the world. I invite you on an adventure to learn how to become accountable, intentional, and rational.

Love it
Great book, a lot things I was familiar with. But I loved Intentionality chapter, gave me a new insight on some things
Read this quote and stopped reading
“As Benjamin Franklin said, “Character: it costs me nothing to be civil to my inferiors, but a great deal to be civil to my superiors.” This implies that one should make an active effort to listen to those above themselves but enforce discipline on those below themselves.”

If you feel this is an accurate interpretation of this quote, this book will appeal to you. If you, like me, feel that is a deeply incorrect interpretation, then this book will probably be a frustrating read.
