Publisher Description
As Marcus Aurelius said, "when we arise in the morning, we must think of what a precious privilege it is to be alive - to breathe, to think, to enjoy, to love." This book is designed to teach one to live with righteous discipline. I am happy to share my personal story with the world. I invite you on an adventure to learn how to become accountable, intentional, and rational.

Great book, a lot things I was familiar with. But I loved Intentionality chapter, gave me a new insight on some things

I liked it a lot 😍
Felt like my brain was on crack reading it
I want to give it more than 1 star because there was nuggets of information that made me think, “yes I can agree with that.” But then there would be a following thought that would directly refute a previous statement.
Each line/ paragraph would skip from idea to idea. It was not written in a book form. Written like a book of quotes and maybe that would work it that was the intention. But again, statements conflicted with each other, making it exhausting to follow. I had to stop.
