Touches the surface
A great book that explains almost every form of popular social media. I only rated it 4 stars because Guy Kawasaki does not expose any trade secrets that could make you successful in the "art" of social media.
Great read, maybe a little too many references to Google+. Nothing you can't find reading a social media blog.
