The Baron in the Trees Study Guide

Decent summary, very poor analysis.

The chapter-by-chapter summaries were sufficient (anywhere between 1-3 paragraphs, though usually including the important details). However, the analysis section that followed every chapter was dissappointing. They started out alright, at least as long (sometimes longer) than the summaries, as they should be, for they should be in-depth, but as the book went on the “analysis” became more and more surface level, and shorter as well. In the final chapters (which are rich with symbolism in the actual book), the “analysis” was usually 2 sentences long. Disappointing.
