W. L. Knightly is an amazing storyteller!
To call this a series is very apropos. You can’t read any one book and feel like you’ve finished a story. You have to start with book 1 and keep reading until you’ve finished book 6 (or maybe it’s 5). To me it’s a bit deceptive and the second time I’ve fallen for the trick! I don’t mind spending money on quality work but be up front and tell your readers what’s ahead!
With that said Knightly has an amazing way of layering a story to the point that you just keep reading!
