In the first book, the relationship of two werewolf brothers stopped suddenly when Dean had thought his little brother, Tyler, had tried to kill his wife and kid.
But now that he knows the truth, he wants to bring back the relationship they had when they were young. But Tyler doesn't want anything to do with his brother for a reason.
When he is captured by hunter on the day he ascends and put in a cage so that the hunters can use him for an army, he might just have to turn to the only one who can actually help him.
Then, when the unexplained happens, the brothers and their new vampire friend are on a race against time to save Tyler before he is lost and the beast inside of him takes over completely, while, at the same time, racing to save their hometown from being slaughtered by the werewolf army Mark and the hunters are assembling.
