The Beatitudes Manifesto

The Beatitudes were more than just a feel-good teaching given by Jesus to help His disciples cope with the difficulties of their first century lifestyle. His teaching in the sermon on the mount was intended to incite His followers to actions that would establish a new kingdom on the earth. The disciples were an unlikely group of revolutionaries, but they used the teachings of the "Beatitudes Manifesto" to turn the world upside down. Jesus is still looking for individuals who are willing to join this "blessed revolution" and transform the world. A great book for personal growth or study in a small group setting.
