The well-known Hindu Reformer, Pandit Daya Nand Sarasati, recently favored Moradabad with a visit. The little town was not merely electrified, but regularly convulsed by the crowded meetings he held, the impressive discourses he delivered, the animated discussions he had with all classes of people, particularly with the Missionaries of the Cross, and the noisy demonstrations of hostile feeling elicited by the boldness with which he denounced the prevailing types of faith and worship.
