For readers of this author’s Lotus Bay Mysteries, and more importantly for any reader looking for a collection of delectable recipes, this book is for you. It contains a listing of recipes that are relatively easy to prepare (some even have shortcuts with package mixes and microwave steps) and are extremely tasty, ranging from appetizers to desserts (think cookies, quick breads, muffins and even scones) to entrees to beverages, etc. The basic premise is a cookbook of foods presented at a bed and breakfast for guests and special events. But these recipes will soon find themselves into your everyday family use. Disclosure: I am voluntarily reviewing this book and all opinions are strictly my own.
