A Romance in Venice
A fast paced romance set in Venice, Italy. Helena, Lena, has returned two years after her husband had unexpectedly died in a car crash with unanswered questions and to open an art gallery. Matteo, who's father also died in the crash, has been rebuilding the family's empire, one missing link, Lena's share holding in the stock. Matteo is there to Lena with the unanswered questions and to wine and dine her. There is an intense chemistry between these two, HOT! Little did Lena know that Matteo always had a secret desire for her. Will it be enough to keep them together or is it a ploy for her share of the stock.
I really enjoyed the story line, fast paced. Great connection between the characters. Loved all of the scenery, closed my eyes thinking I was there. Now I am wondering about the jewel heist, hoping more to come. A big story packed into this novella.
I received this book from netgalley for an honest review. I highly recommend this book along with the other books in the series, completely stand alone stories.
