Loved these books so much!
Small things
I enjoyed the book for the most part. There is one thing that made me flinch, and I do mean flinch and the writer didn’t mean too.
Anytime someone writes or says, “We’re pregnant.” I find it offensive to every woman who is pregnant. You see carrying a child is a one person FEMALE affair. You can expect as a group. You can look forward as a group. But when a woman carries a child it is only something SHE can do. Yes, anyone supporting her can deal with the many things that happen to her, but she bares and goes through every body change alone. Not to mention the pain of delivering a child.
To say ‘we’re’ you cheapens and insults her experience. It was such a big thing for me I needed to comment, normally I don’t write reviews but feel that authors should know this.
