Hard to put down this book
This is by far the best book that I have every read on church leadership/government. It confirmed how I have been feeling about something's in our church. More importantly Pastor Robert Morris challenged some traditional thinking that I have had about church government.
I highly recommend that every Pastor, Elder, Deacon and church leader read this book.
