Alabaman from Liverpool?
This is a great story of bravery and war. Silace is from Alabama but the writer uses his slang and terms from Britain when speaking for Silace and his family. People from Alabama don’t use such terms. It was a bit unnerving at times, but after I got used to it, I put it behind me and enjoyed reading the story. So, I recommend this book.

One of the best books I’ve ever read , I read a lot. I read this book in one sitting, I couldn’t put it down. I’ve never said that about any book ever. Amazeing laughed cried and hated. That it ended.
