Would love to know what the review rating was before all of you guys gave it a 1 star for not being able to see the reviews! That has nothing to do with the book itself or how good it is!!

The government probably removed the review...lol. They don't want us to know the truth about what's really destroying our health.

Dr. Mark Hyman is a wonderful person and has been an absolute blessing to both myself and my family. This guy has truly enlightened me about the importance of taking care of my own well-being. Since discovering this incredible book and watching his enlightening teachings on YouTube, I have never felt more empowered in my life.

This is the most absurd book I have seen. The idea of people being able to live in the real world with this type of food plan is just plain absurd.

I would rather be a big unhealthy (glucose level at 90) then implement this ridiculously restrictive plan into my life.

Nothing about this plan or even this 10 detox is feasible for normal working people who live in the real world!

I’m buyin it even though I can’t read the reviews because Dr. Hyman is very knowledgeable and was one of my teachers at IIN (Institute for Integrative Nutrition). I’m confident I will be able to help my clients with this information.

This book has the easiest recipes and is really simple to make. I've already lost 20lbs with Mark Hymans diet.

I'll be wearing them to my 50th birthday party instead of black stretch pants, thanks to Dr. Hyman and this book. You can do this and you'll enjoy it more than you might think!
