Easy to read and understand
This book is a very interesting analysis and review of the book The Blue Zones, and it's great as it's summarized and covers all that's needed to know. Easy to understand and read, which is a big plus.
Very Brief
I knew this book was a summary of Blue Zones Project, but it is really short and gives little information. If this is the project, then I am not impressed.
Recommended
The BlueZones is a pretty cool book as it's mainly about areas in the world where people live the longest, and it's written in a very interesting and thrilling way. I've enjoyed reading the book and I recommend the book!
