Not a bad read...

This book didn't really tell me anything I didn't already know. However with that being said, to someone who doesn't know why they over eat or what they're doing in their day to day lives that cause them to be overweight this is a great book to help you recognize the cause. The examples and life experience he shares are helpful in giving the reader something to relate to and his solutions are just as effective. However without pure determination and will power to actually make the changes mentioned in this book you'd simply be wasting your money. This book tells you what to stay away from, clears common myths and misconceptions all while educating you on what you should be eating and activities you should be doing.

My only gripe is that the healthy foods list at the end of the book are hard to read. They don't expand when you increase the font size on the iPad and they're (at the moment) impossible to print.
