Rescued by the Domain's young master, Titus Elberon, and disguised as a boy attending Eton College, Iolanthe has to learn who and what to believe. Titus will do anything to overthrow Atlantis; Iolanthe dreams of becoming a mage scholar. Only one of them knows that death is imminent. Very Good All Around
Actual Rating: 4.5 but I rounded up because it works.
This story has two strong leads in the book who banter back and forth in good humor. I rarely come across leads that I like so for me to say something like that is pretty odd, but good! Light romance which means no mushy overkill which tends to happens a lot in YA literature. Added points there! The settings include a magical realm and England during the Victorian Era. The setting descriptions and villains/villain motives were weak, but ok none the less. I would strongly recommend!
