Newly sworn to multiple jurisdictions, Jackson is called to process a confidential homicide and is blindsided when her past collides with her present life while walking onto the murder scene of Lobbyist Timothy Smithers. Smithers is the latest casualty of a serial killer turned call center Rep, Carol Roach, who not only collaborates with like-minded killers but also has an alter ego and shares a dark secret with Detective Jackson.
