This is the best body book!!
I have this book and read it over and over again! Whenever I have a question about my body I can just look in the book. Even tho it is also good to ask a trusted adult questions too ( I know it’s embarrassing but they’ve been through it and know what it’s like). True boys could read it and that would be embarrassing but it is all true and there going to have to know about it sooner or later. I’m just saying that it is a really good book if you want to know more about a girls process through puberty (if you are a girl) then here’s the book! It’s ok if your embarrassed or scared, that is normal! Plus if you have more questions about your feelings then I recommend the American Girl book about your emotions. Good luck! I rate this book 5 stars. 👏
Informative
This book is perfect for girls just like me who are becoming women. It was easy for me to understand the author because she made it really relatable for a ten year old. If you have no idea what's going on with your changing life this is the book for you unless you're a boy!

I wish you would make this program that you can Sign up for a email to ur mom advising this book I’m a little embarrassed to ask her cuz I know she’ll tell my dad… so can you do that???
