The right way to regain your health

One of the best books that is worth a read in our lost society that we live in today. Living with massive over weight problems for over 20 years and weighing as much as 328 pounds at age 20. This book shares a lot of knowladge that no other medical proffesion would say to any over weight individual. Dr.Saladino is a doctor going against modern medicine with research to back up his findings.

Personally, I have lost over 100 pounds thanks to woke individuals like Dr.Saladino. I started keto at age 20 thanks to Goodybeats Youtube channel. After a year I found the carnivore diet, but the one individual that was well spoken with strong research to back up the carnivore diet was Dr.Saladino. Idividuals like Dr.Saladino saved my life from ever having health issues as I was at anypoint going to suffer from one illness due to my massive overweight issues.

It’s so great to be able to read Dr.Saladino’s work and really understand why the carnivore diet works. Dr.Saladino and Karnivore Kurt are amazing individuals who I love to support for their amazing contribution towards society and helping young individuals like myself.

Wow! This is one of the most education books I have read! I am fascinated my nutrition and learn all I can about the body at a cellular level. This book covers every detail from the biology to recipes on the carnivore diet! Such an addicting book! Thank you for writing a book that is so informative!
