Former cop Delaney "Dee" Shaw and her daughter, former forensic scientist Emerson "Em" Shaw, just opened The Claw & Order Cat Café, next to the police station. They were expecting foam art and cat adoptions—until a grumpy red tabby walked in and started talking.
