This printing is horrible
The book itself is OK, a classic, doubtful. My big problem is with the printing,,,,, almost unreadable. It was clearly translated through some poor character recognition program that incorrectly translates words into different and sometimes undecipherable characters. If you want to read these books buy another copy, this is crap.
I haven’t seen any mention of iBooks having a piracy problem, but it has one, and this is a great example. The novels collected here are all under copyright in the U.S. Someone is repackaging them and hoping to make a quick buck.
Not only that, they’ve done a horrible job. The formatting is atrocious (straight quotes used throughout, as a starter) and readability suffers.
Don’t give these crooks your money. Go buy the real version instead. Apple should really be doing a much better job of keeping imposters out of the iBooks store.
Fantastic novels, horrible printing
The printing is so bad it’s nearly illegible. Do yourself a favor, put your lunch money aside a few times this week and buy these novels separately at a higher price and higher quality. You’ll love the books, and you’ll be able to read them.
