Customer Reviews
The color of death
I liked the book, until the very end. I assume this bizarre and cryptic end was intended to be a cliff hanger to set up a sequel. But I was left wondering who was hanging off the cliff and why. If Mr. Gowdy could rewrite the last two chapters, I’d give it an extra star.
Worth a read
One of the previous reviewers said it well. I agree that this is a great story and it is well written. I also agree that the ending is frustrating. The characters are nicely developed and it would be good to get closure by learning what happened to them all after the trial. Maybe Gowdy is trying to set us up for a sequel.
Great read
I hope there are more books to come. It’s hard to keep me reading these days and 5is one did. It was paced just right, just the right amount of dialogue. And good story. Whatever it was, I hope he writes more!
