Takes two to start a fire

Or rage a bloody war,

With kindling for desire

And wavelengths to explore.

There is that threat of danger

In every call to arms,

As passion can breed anger

And red sounds all alarms.

Still, the energy of Nymphs

And Satyrs dressed as gods

Evokes a sacred glimpse

Into why we’re all at odds.

For Life and Death flow aroused

As battle trumpets sound.
