Logan is an the only child until his Momma marries George, an industrial mechanic. George also has a son, Tim, who becomes Logan's step-brother. As soon as the wedding is over, the family is relocated and Logan must adapt to a new life with a step-father that hates him because he is gay. After Logan is kicked out of the house, his life takes a turn for the worse as he is forced to prostitute himself to survive.
The Story continues in "The Homecoming Reunion" and "The Broken Dreams."
All 3 stories are included in this collection, and should be read only by adults as there are adult themes and language.

This. Book. Is. Great! 👏
I love reading gay male erotica, and this is how I stumbled on this book, technically. But it is not "smutty," rather it is about love, then lust then love agin! You see the main character from the young age of five up until, what I will presume is his mid twenties. Without ruining any details I would tell you to buy this book and read it. While it broke my heart several times, no joke - I cried, I can't wait to read it agin and cry some more.
Rejected Son
There must be more than one John Green, because "The Fault in the Stars" is really great literature, whereas "Rejected.." is pure trash!
("Rejected..." is what the publisher should have done to this book.
Cancer is certainly not a "turn-on" but in "...stars" it evokes great universal concern. So, how could the same author have written both of these books?
