Close To Perfection
There are some problems with this edition, such as all of the introductory notes are missing as well as the author’s introduction for some titles (like John Dryden’s intro for his translation of The Aeneid, which is fantastic). Some of the titles are missing footnotes. I’m not sure how many, I know, for example Shakespeare’s plays are missing them. But where the footnotes are included I can say they are excellently done. And the formatting throughout this edition is absolutely excellent. Someone put some care into this. And the missing parts could easily be fixed in an update. Hopefully this will happen. But I’ve got to say that just for the formatting alone this edition is really great. Just one update away from five stars!
