Great detail.

Incomplete Recipes!

The recipes are missing ingredients! I don’t know if it’s how the book was revised into the 4th edition, or how it was converted to an e-book, but the recipes are incomplete! Take a look at the Holiday Cheer recipe. The instructions mention “black malt,” but there’s no black malt in the ingredient list. Are other recipes missing ingredients? How do I know?
