I took simple notes, it's not an overwhelming LIFE manual telling you what to do. It's simple and gets the point across, which is running, maintaining a healthy diet and strength training. I love it thank you.
very positive system
C25K is a very positive system, not just for loosing weight, but to embrace the lifestyle of the runner. I really feel energized and motivated. Ofcourse you have to work on your self esteem to get good results, but this book is really helpful to help you focus positively.
Currently on week 3 of the c25k program and am loving it. This is a really helpful book and I'm glad I found it!
