Coast Guard to the rescue
5 quick stories about a very few events that could easily occur in and around the Astoria, OR Coast Guard base. A very easy read, gives the reader a brief look at the men AND women who serve in the Coast Guard and what they go thru in their lives. Lots of happy endings but not totally without some losses, which is life.
