The Conflict Resolve It Creatively

Conflicts like some rust eat away our lives. They poison the delightful moments of the communication. The natural spirit of communication can be compared with the air that surrounds us and water of a spring… As long as they are ecologically clean we take no notice of them and do not even think about the prominent part they play in our life. But when the air becomes polluted, when the water loses its precious purity, we come to understand the value of ecologically clean surroundings. This is the case with communication. As long as it passes naturally and without conflicts we do not even think about the necessity of its correction, we do not attach any importance to the study of conflictology as a science, the importance of mastering the technique of averting and solving conflict situations.
