THE COUNTING DARK

Sixteen guests ride a cable car to the Arden Summit Observatory to witness a once-in-a-century astronomical event. By midnight, the storm has closed the line, the road is gone, and a man is dead. A woman wearing a dead woman's name must answer a question the mountain has been asking for four hundred million years - or be taken by it.
