This book is for busy people on the move. It contains easy to prepare meals which are nourishing and tasty. The menus have links to videos on the Crazy Chef YouTube channel.

The Crazy Chef Cookbook will start you off on a culinary adventure so that you can enjoy your food by making it interesting, nutritious and fairly quick to make. The style is for nourishing and rustic, great tasting cooking rather than dishes that have a fine dining presentation. The book shows some easy recipes and simple methods of preparing dishes that I use when I make the Crazy Chef videos on YouTube. Most of the recipes also have an accompanying video with a hyperlink to the individual recipe page. There are also other recipes and notes that appear on my online blog that can be accessed at www.crazy-chef.uk.YouTube shows the Crazy Chef's videos that go with the recipes in this book and are aimed at helping people that do not have a lot of time on their hands or have a limited cooking experience.
