Wow
Holy wow that’s some drama.
Ehh!
I read the Insiders so I was veryyyyy much in the mood for more. However, there was a big shift in the characters from book 1 to book 2. Kash was rude, disrespectful (to Bailey’s parents and brother), Bailey was judgey, bratty, clingy (to Kashton) and a little annoying. The chapters were repetitive sex, school, event at school, rinse and repeat. The last few chapters were better than the entire rest of the first 80% of the book, so I am still going to buy the next one. I do feel like it’s somewhat necessary to read all of the trilogy, and I’ve read the sample of book 3. And already, book 2 feels to be the weakest link. With that, I LOVED book 1. And I’m interested to see how book 2 picks up the pieces.
