Publisher Description
Ballet takes everything from you.
I’m no longer a professional ballerina. No longer a kept woman. No longer a virgin.
The fact that I still ache for a man who shattered me so easily… there is no getting over that. I should’ve listened to Calum when he said that he was broken. Some things, once shattered, cannot be made whole again.
Still, all it takes is a look from him and I start to melt. When he offers me an even sweeter deal, will I be able to say no?
The Dancer is a contemporary billionaire romance from Wall Street Journal Bestseller Vivian Wood. It's full length and the second of three books in the gritty, raw, passionate Broken Slipper Trilogy.

The Dancer
This is the second book in the Broken Slipper trilogy and picks up soon after the first book.
Will Calum and Kaia be able to make things work or will Calum stick to his discussion?
Things for Kaia have not turned out how she saw them going. Being left the way she was has not only hurt her but she is also dealing with her father.
Calum is making changes in his life and that includes being at the NYB. Will Calum be able to open up and make things work or will he leave them as is?
Can't wait to read book three.
Disappointing
I like the first book. It needed some editing, but it had a good storyline and tension between the main characters. Fairly solid for the type of book this is.
This second book in the series features sex scene after sex scene with little advancement of the plot and little tension between the characters. She is not the same character at all, just a sex crazed bimbo willing to loose her dancing career for a guy who can’t commit. After being dumped and fired in the first book, I would have expected her to fight to have a separation of love life and dance career. Expected more. Sorry I paid full price for utter trash. DNF’d at 45%.
Must read
Kaia has spent her whole life sacrificing so she can do what she loves be a ballerina. There’s only one problem, she is secretly working at a strip club. When she catches the eye of a mysterious stranger her secret may be exposed but is it all worth it? The first rule of dancing no feelings for client but can she do that?
