A wonderful resource!

I have read too many "diet" books and each of them had strict routines and specific foods that needed to be eaten in order to be successful. The Dash Diet is different. First, I love the emphasis of the book on health! I found the information easy to follow and relatable. Second, the information on each food group is invaluable. I especially love the recipes at the end. They sound good and I think I can even prepare them! I highly recommend this book for anyone who wants solid information on how to take control of your eating and your health.
