The Deadliest Game

In this short story, a group of rich hunters, bored with the usual prey of deer and bears, take part in an illegal “game” where they can hunt the smartest prey – men! Death row inmates volunteer to be part of the game. If they survive, they win their freedom. Jim is one of the “runners” and he is determined to do whatever it takes to get back to his family!
