Easy read, good characters, decent plot.

Charles Mendez is an arrogant, pompous spoiled rotten rich punk from an extremely wealthy family in Santa Barbara. Billionaires would be an understatement. They laundry their dirty money with politicians in Mexico, a chief of police and more importantly the Cartel. Charley Mendez has fled to Mexico after being convicted of horrific sex crimes against female college students.Ryan Lock a former military bodyguard and his partner Ty Johnson a former marine are hot on his trail. Another non stop action filled excellent read!!! My highest recommendation!! Enjoyed immensely!!
