NOTE TO READERS: THE DEVIL'S CLAIM is a dark billionaire romance with a BDSM edge that does NOT conform to safe, sane, and consensual practices. Includes explicit content and subject matter that may offend some readers. Intended for mature audiences. Book 2 in the Devil's Kiss series.
Can't wait until May for the third one Devil's Wife! These books just grab you in the beginning and don't even let you go in the end. Very intense, emotional, powerful, and mysterious. Definitely recommend the series!
The Devils Claim
I am an avid reader, and unlike some who took this book as abuse, rape, and and detrimental, it is simply a book which you either like or not. The story started out fast without building up a foundation. Part of hooking the reader is the anxiety, the suspense, and building up to the reveal. Erotica books do have a lot of sex involved, but a really good book manages to incorporate all the above. This writer has all the tools, but has to find that missing piece where they keep the reader at the edge of their seat and just can’t keep reading. I bought the 2nd book, but I am just not hooked enough to go further. I really wasn’t hooked after the 1st, but my reading selection was slow.
