Really helpful!

This is my third DBT workbook (after the original version of DBT and DBT for PTSD), and this added to my current arsenal of coping skills while illuminating a lot of my blind spots in my thoughts and behaviors. The exercises in chapter 4 for identifying anger cues, thoughts, physical sensations, and urges were particularly helpful. Chapter 7’s exercises about considering the consequences of destructive behaviors compared to the benefits of not acting on my anger urges really stuck with me too. Thanks so so much for this book! I loved it and it’s made a noticeable impact on my life and relationships!
