The Door Knockers of San Miguel de Allende

The book presents a collection of photographs and paintings of the iron, animal figure and unusual door knockers found in San Miguel de Allende Mexico.  It provides a unique view of one of the architectural features brought to colonial Mexico from Spain that still are in use today. A visitor can stroll through the Centro District of San Miguel de Allende and find many interesting buildings and architectural features still present from the early days of Mexico.
