The Dragon's Egg

Cararian Greatwing dragons have not been seen in the kingdom of Terrestria for such a long time that King Emmanuel’s subjects do not remember that they exist. When Prince Josiah secretly accepts a forbidden gift, he unknowingly introduces a Cararian Greatwing to the Castle of Faith. All goes well for a time and it seems that his act of treachery will bring no consequences, but when the dragon turns on him, Josiah learns too late that he is powerless to control the beast that he has unleashed.
