The Dying Detective

It’s the near future and Malachai, a serial killer of the wives only of male abortion-providers, is terrorizing the stressed planet. Global Patrol turns to Detective Kevin Beldon, who’s been retired at California’s Point Conception Buddhist Monastery atop Mount Baldy, recovering from cancer and a disturbed mind, and writing poems about death.
