Inaccesible content
These books are very expensive and would be valuable except that the additional online content that is promised is impossible to access. When I contacted the author, I was told the additional content is free and accessible from Sage Publications but the publisher is unresponsive and the website requires an access code.
Additionally, there is no option to print from these ebooks so I also cannot even print the activities or games that are provided in the books.
For the price of these books, this is very disappointing.
